We will take you through the Home Buying Process from start to finish. Most first time home-buyers don’t even know where or how to get started other than to look on the internet at homes. Over 80% of all home searches today begin on the Internet. With just a few clicks of the mouse, home buyers can search through hundreds of online listings, view virtual tours, and sort through dozens of photographs and aerial shots of neighborhoods and homes. By the time you reach your real estate agent’s office you have a good idea of what types of homes are available. Did you know there are different types of real estate agents? Some represent the buyer, some represent the seller, and some work for both. It’s important to find an agent that represents your best interests at each stage of the process. The “Smart Women Buy Homes” program will make sure you understand each step as we go along, from getting you pre-approved, finding your new home, negotiating the offer , home inspections, home appraisals, title insurance, walk-through prior to closing, closing or settlement costs, residential home warranty and the big final day of closing. There’s nothing quite like the sense of accomplishment you’ll feel when you invest in a home of your own. We want to be a part of that process. Who we are
I am a “Single Woman” who bought two homes before I became a Realtor and only wished I had someone who would have helped me through the home buying maze. After going through the process on my own with little direction, I want other single women to have a program like “Smart Women Buy Homes” to help take the fear out of the home buying process.

The program is called “Smart Women By Homes”. They are dedicated to providing outstanding service throughout the entire transaction while easing the intimidation factor when making the decision of home ownership, which could be an individual’s largest financial commitment.
- Before entering the real estate industry Jeanie worked in the technology field where she held many different positions including sales and business development manager, sales executive, systems engineer, project manager, product marketing specialist and administration.
- Since starting in Real Estate Jeanie has been a top producer and earned numerous designations and awards. She is a Coldwell Banker Previews Property Specialist for luxury properties and in 2004, 2005 and 2006 a member of Coldwell Banker International Diamond Society. In 2007, 2008 and 2009 she was a member of the President’s Circle.
